Enliven Still-life

The embrace of nature has long served as a sanctuary for humanity, providing solace and respite from the chaos of daily life. If truth be told, the further we have moved away from nature, the greater our need for it has become. We sometimes settle for a small sign of nature to find peace in this excessively industrialized age. Perhaps that's why so many of us keep small potted plants on our desks and in the corners of our rooms. We cherish these minimalistic nature symbols and seek sanctuary in them so that Mother Nature can embrace and protect our souls from turmoil and anxiety. It is not fitting to call such works “inanimate nature" as they are the very essence of life and the flowing spirit in the world.
