Distress

“Distress” portrays a woman facing a very current multi-cultural experience in Iran. She desperately wants to remodel and educate people’s perception and show them that females hold incredible amounts of value and are not just objects as most people in Iranian society sadly see them. Distress shows an extremely head strong woman desperately wanting the equality of both genders but she knows that there is such a glass ceiling when it comes to woman being able to have the same opportunities both in the work place and in the community. She wants to be able to give all women a voice and to speak for those women who are often unheard.  however, confronting huge barriers such as people’s mind set and giving voice to those women often unheard.
